Leaving Koh Samui meant we had to start saying our goodbyes as Sharyn, Marshall and the kids along with Kira, her dad Steve and the kids were leaving Thailand.
After a few tears and lots of hugs the rest of us caught the ferry over to Koh Tao. Charlie and I were pretty happy to be back. We loved it so much and we were staying at simple life divers again which had great accommodation and a super cheap price. They actually had a range of different room options so it was really nice as we had some of the family staying there too which included mum, Chris, Aaron, Lesley, my Aunty Bev and Uncle Peter.
Charlie spent the next few days completing his advanced course and we all went along for fun dives! We did a few new dives (Red rock, Japanese gardens and White rock) on the first day and then on the second day we did the two I had done the week before which was great because Chumphon was definitely the best dive and I was so please to do it again. Sadly the visibility wasn’t great on the wreck this time however it was on Chumphon and the sea life was better than the previous week with massive schools of fish everywhere!
It was so nice to get some diving done with the family and chill out on our favourite island again! We got to visit our favourite food lady at mom moms place for some super cheap and delicious food! At the end of our time here we had another, bigger round of goodbyes as we were heading back to Koh Samui with only mum and Chris joining us.
